Clean complex @50%Every 90 secs x 3 sets

2 x Muscle clean + 1 power clean + 2x push press

Front squats

Every 2 mins x 3 sets
5 front squats ( you may squat clean the 1st rep)

Push jerk

Every 2 mins x 3 sets
7 push jerks with 3 secs lowering and 5 sec hold in the catch on the final rep.
