Handstand

Crow hold 12 secs

*40 secs child pose hold between sets

 

3 sets:

Straddle downward dog holds 30 secs

Tuck headstand 10 secs

 

5 sets:

5- 7 Kick up to wall ( aim to float up)

3- 4 sets:

5 -7 Kick up to free standing hold max 5 secs

Rest 1 min

 

10 mins practice

Practice a 135 degree Handstand hold

Single leg handstand hold

 

Strength:

False grip ring hangs accumulate 20 secs holds

Plank planche holds 20 secs
