  • build to a moderate weight 

B. Clean&Jerk Complex 

Hang above the knee squat Clean Triple + 2 Split Jerks 

  • build to a moderate weight 

C. Superset x 3

Backrack barbel split squat 

3 x 5/5 @ AHAFA 

Weighted Plank x 90 sec

 

 

Day 2

A. Snatch Complex 

Power Snatch + High Hang Squat Snatch with 1 sec pause at bottom 

  • build to a moderate double 

B. Clean&Jerk Complex

Power Clean + High Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk 

  • build to a moderate double 

C. Superset x 3 

Sg arm DB BOR x 10/side @ AHAFA

Spit stance sg DB Deadlift x 8/8 @heavy 

Sg  arm DB Press x 5/5 @AHAFA
