A. Clean & Jerk 

Build to a heavy single for the day then 

3×2 @ 90% of above 

B. Back Squat 

3×4 @ AHAFA (heavier than last week’s 5s) 

C. Snatch Half Pulls 

3×5 @ 1 RM Snatch + 5-10 kg 

C. Snatch Balance

3 x 3 @ AHAFA 

 

 

Day 2

A. Snatch 

Build to a heavy single for the day then 

3×2 @ 90% of above 

B. Front Squat 

3×4 @ (AHAFA) 

C. Heaves 

3 x 5 @ 90% of 1 rm Clean 

D. Clean Half Pull 

3×5@ 1 RM Clean + 10-15 kg
