C. Heaves x 2 + Jerk x 1 @ hang clean triple weight 

 

Day 2

A. Snatch x 3 + OH Squat  x 1

Build to a moderate weight 

B. Clean x 3 + Jerk x 3

Build to a moderate weight 

C. Deficit half pulls 

3 s x5 r @ 1 RM Clean + 10kg
