3×3 technical weight (approx 70-75%)

B. Clean&Jerk 

3×3 technical weight (approx 70-75%) 

C. Snatch Pulls  

3×5 @ 1 RM

D. Superset x 3 – if time 

High Box jumps x 10 

Sg arm DB Bent over row x 8/side
