Then

2×2 @ 80% of above complex

 

B. Build to a heavy Clean & Jerk complex:

  • Hang Squat Clean + Clean + Jerk

Then

2×2 @ 80% of above complex

 

C. Accessories

Superset x 3

Snatch Pulls x 5 @ 1RM Snatch +5kg

SG arm Db press x8/8 @ AHAFA

 

 

Day 2

A. Build to a heavy Double of

  • Power Snatch + 2 OH Squat

 

B. Build to a heavy Double of

  • Power Clean + F squat + Jerk

 

C. Accessories

Superset x 3

Clean Pulls x 5 @ 1RM +5kg
