Paused Front Squat  x 5 @ AHAFA (2 sec pause at the bottom) 

 

C. Clean High Pulls 3 x 5 @ 1RM Clean  

 

D. Superset x 3 

Seated Box Jumps x 5 (as High as Possible) 

Weighted Plank x 90 sec
