Clean Half Pull + Hang (from knee) Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk 

 

B. E2MOM x 4

Back Squat x 4 @ 75%

 

C. Deficit Snatch Half Pulls with 2 sec pause at knee  

3×5 @ 1 RM Snach 

 

 

Wednesday 

A. Build to a  moderate  triple on the following Snatch Complex:

 – Half Pull From floor + Hang from knee Squat Snatch + OH Squat w 2 sec pause at the bottom. 

 

B. E2MOM x 4

Front Squat x 4 @75%

 

C. CleanPulls – NO TOUCH AND GO, reset after each rep. 

3×5 100% of 1 RM Clean 

 

D.  Superset x 3 – if time 

Push Press  x 3 AHAFA

Hollow Hold x 30 sec 

 

 

Friday 

A.  3×2 Power Clean & 2 Power Jerk @ moderate weight, no fails, no touch and go

 

B. E2MOM x 4

Paused Front Squat  x 3 @ AHAFA ( 2 sec pause at bottom) 

 

C. Frog Pulls  – NO TOUCH AND GO, reset after each rep

3 x 5 @ AHAFA
