 – High Pull From bellow the knee + Hang bellow the knee Squat Snatch + OH Squat (no fails) 

B. Front Squat 

3×2 @ AHAFA 

C. Superset x 3

Clean Half Pulls 4×5 100% of 1 RM Clean + 5-10kg (reset after each rep) 

KB Strict Press x 8/8@AHAFA

 

Day 2 

A.  3 x 2  on the following moderate weight Clean complex 

  • High pull from bellow knee + Hang bellow the knee Squat Clean + FS 

B. Deficit Snatch Half Pulls 

3 x 5 @ 1RM Snatch + 5-10 kg 

C. Superset x 3 

Front foot elevated DB Split Squat x 8/8

DB BOR x 8/8

Weighted Plank x 60 sec
