CrossFit Kids
Our CrossFit Kids classes run twice a week for our members aged between 3-12yrs old. The aim of the classes is to teach our younger members the fundamental principles of CrossFit whilst having FUN! All our classes our run by DBS checked instructors and qualified CrossFit kids trainers. Our Kids program is led by Silvia Szabo who has years of experience in motivating and coaching young people. At CrossFit 1971 we host 2 different CrossFit Kids classes pre-school ages 3-6 and 7-12. Sessions are FUN focused and can include cardiovascular exercises, running, kettlebell skills, gymnastics, and resistance training with weights (age and ability dependent), plus LOTS of laughter and smiles. We also teach our younger members how to challenge themselves, set goals and then achieve them, and support one another. All valuable life skills.
