CrossFit Kids
Gym 1971s CrossFit Kids is a Fun focused strength and conditioning program using various games and strategies to incorporate fitness into your child’s weekly routine. Sessions are currently designed for kids 7-12 years of age. If they are just outside these brackets then contact us below.
Gym 1971 Kids program is not only designed to improve children’s physical wellbeing but it has many emotional benefits such as:
- Sportsmanship
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Listening
- Self-Discipline
- Manners
The session will begin at the whiteboard, children will then warm up, learn a skill, complete a Workout Of the Day and play a game in approximately 40-45 minutes.
Sessions currently run on Saturday at 1:30 pm – 2:15 pm

You can purchase a 10 or 5 pack of classes.
If you already have an account with us use the “Manage Families” option on your team up dashboard to create an account for your child. You will then be able to purchase class packs and book classes for them.
Children should come dressed ready for P.E there are changing rooms available on site if coming directly from School.
Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing that shows arms and legs only, no midriff on display.
Hair that touches the shoulders should be tied up and any jewellery must be removed.
We ask all parents to sit in our waiting area / reception whilst the children are in class.
