Rachel originally trained as dancer which led her to a career in aerial performance and coaching work. Whilst working and living in London she was introduced to Crossfit where she found the crossover between her performance work and CrossFit was significant. Particularly with gymnastics being a key component of CrossFit. Since then Rachel has coached at a number of boxes in and around around London as well as leading gymnastic focused workshops.
She continues to perform, train and coach Crossfit and has competed in a number of competitions including: Battle of the Beasts, Divided we Fall and Team Super Cup.
