A keen sportsman who has a BSc in Sports Science Owen then went on to gain a PT qualification. He got into CF in early 2018 when he decided it was time for a new challenge. He quickly fell in love with it and started doing little comps and enjoying the qualification process. He won his first comp in 2019 at the yard games. Six years ago Owen passed his Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer and started working, self employed, at The Rainbow Leisure Centre in Epsom until 2018, when I built my own private training facility in Cheam and have been PTing there ever since. He is also a qualified a Sports Massage Therapist and works within a Osteopathic clinic. He later completed a level 4 Sports Massage the next summer whilst working with an elite rugby 7’s team on the international 7’s circuit.

Outside the gym/box Owen is a big fan of cooking mainly on the BBQ and claims to be one of the top 5 BBQers in the world.
