I started CrossFit back in 2013 in one of the first CrossFit gyms in Poland and I stuck with it since then. It has accompanied me through many ups and downs. I believe strong sense of community and camaraderie are the things that distinguish that discipline and are most important to me.

I finished CrossFit Level 2 course as well as Personal Trainer qualifications.
I love to focus on efficiency side of training what has lead me to participating in RedPill movement assessment seminars. I’m currently partaking 12-month RedPill Mentorship Programme, which focuses on biomechanical development of the athlete, because #sexyreps are what matters.
