As you can imagine, eight years as an Army Commando taught Dan “Muzz” a thing or two about life, fitness and overcoming the physical and mental barriers that hold us all back from being the person we want to be. And, as a physical training instructor for three of those years, he saw the power of patience, motivation and dedication to turn even the rawest of recruits into lean, mean, fighting machines.
Since leaving the Army, Dan has pursued his passion of teaching CrossFit. Every one of his members has very personal goals. But they all share that sense of satisfaction and personal reward when they hit their targets. Whether it’s losing weight, improving their health, training for a competition or just de-stressing.
