In 2014 I found the sport of Weightlifting, 6 months from learning the sport i was competing in my first national championships.
Through Weightlifting I found the love of Crossfit and had an opportunity to start coaching and haven’t looked back since.
A year later I found myself focusing on weightlifting to now become ranked top 3 in Great Britain for my weight class.
My coaching style is a no nonsense approach – I tell it how it is.
I support peoples’ journey, but most of all I aim to give the confidence to each individual to fight their own fight and reach their own goals whatever that may be – their first snatch or maybe just the accountability to just keep showing up.
Classes with me just got a whole lot louder!
